  • I'm R. DEEPA, D/O Mr. N. RAVICHANDRAN. I too living in this village. I'm very proud to live in this beautiful village. Here Paddy cultivation is the occupation of everybody. Other than that they cultivating sugarcane, corns, onion, etc. It is the fentastic area for the weather conditions. Because this village is situated nearest to hill station named Kolli Hill. The Kolli Hill includes lot of beauty with in this. In includes Seven small hills within this. The temples arapulishwaran and ettukaliyamman and the great god Masi Periyannan are the famous temples. Also it includes spices plants and medicine plants. And a special area is there named Mathi Mayakkum Solai. I heared about its speciality. And a big falls witch contains 700 steps named Theertha Thurai. Its water is the special one because the river crosses all the medicine plants. The river start from the Theertha Thurai and reach the puliyancholai and brings the water facility for the village B. Mettur. This is the one of the most speciality of B. Mettur. So I'm very glad to live in this village. Be proud of an Indian. Jai Hindh.

We have produce more than 10000 tone of rice per year.. Famous tourist spot locating hear that's puliyancholai.. I had enjoy lot of things in my native with my friends..
