  • Namaskar, my village is Sindhi Putty Bichala Badalpur, I am Ex-Serviceman, now settled in Dehradun, I had passed out from the G.I.C. Rikhanikhal since 1982 (10th class). I have done so hard work to complete the new ground for the college during the my study period. Now I am very happy to see the ground. Thanks for uploading.
