Historical and a Mythological place in Bironkhal development block of Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand, India. Historical due to Gorkha's attack and fight of Tillu Rautali against Gorkhas and Mythological due to Deeba, Kalinka and part of Gujadgarhi when Gorkha's attack this place Deeba Maa made huge noise and informed the villagers to save life.
Patti Khatli is a part of Bironkhal {Veer Bhumi} that means 'Brave Persons' Land and the biggest Patti of Pauri Garhwal over 106 villages.
