  • The new underpass is on schedule to be complete and operational by August 22, 2009. The historic trolleys will be operating from the University of Arizona Main Gate to 4th Avenue, south on 4th under the underpass to a loop consisting of Congress, Fifth, and Broadway. This trackage will become part of the new modern Streetcar project now in process.
