Shri Rajeshwari Mandir is located in Okatewadi. This mandir is built by one group called as Dahabhavki in 1980. The financial & moral support for building the mandir was given by Mr. Mahadevshet Kesarkar, a centring contractor, who has provided the job to most of the people of this wadi. A committee was formed, some names are Gunaji Okate, Devji Okate, Ramachandra Okate, Rupaji Kulaye, Soma Okate, etc. to look after the activities while building the mandir.

This TEMPLE built by all okatewadi people & everyone has hard work while making the temple ….....Also this committee are not looking all activities instead of village committee & every member so much taking care of this temple.
