  • Hi, It will be much helpful for all your customers, if the bank would write their own email addresses on your web sites. As an account holder with your bank at Kandy, it would be easy for me and others to contact your bank for any correspondances.

  • Well i Gad very bad expérience with Commercial Bank in City center in Kandy. The cash machine did not give me cash!!! But I was charged from my account. And in "bank office" stuff was not interested to help me! They were smiling!!! I wrote a complain then sent 25 mails ... But NO ONE ANSWER!!! It's UNACCEPTABLE service!!!! People, be careful! Commercial bank, There nobody care about you...
