Former site of the Harbourwood Boathouse, part of the James Stuart Blackton Sr. Estate. Subsequently owned by William Bateman Leeds Jr. along with the rest of the Harbourwood estate, the J. Stuart Blackton Boathouse was designed by Hoppin and Koen who also designed the estate cottages and farm buildings. The boathouse, which had three guest bedrooms, rooms for the yacht crew and a second story ballroom, was demolished in 1983. Piers and yacht basin survive.
