A small village with population of around 2500. The main occupation for almost all families living here is Paddy/fish farming. This village was one of the most famous village for Shrimp/Prawn cultivation back in 1990's and it lost its glory as the demand for Prawn went down. Its definitely a very good place to settled down after retirement.
