This is Bender Field which has been used for generations as the football field for Meadville High School. In 2004 it was renovated to include new seating, a new scoreboard, a new press box, a new wall on Northstreet, and most importantly, a new astroturf playing field. This new field allowed superior drainage which was a marked improvement from the previous field that used to flood frequently from Mill Run.

At this time, I am unaware if there is a new "official" name for the "new" renovated field, but I am sure that locals will/still do refer to this field as "Bender Field".
