The actual Karnala WLS is much smaller (4 Sq Kms) and surrounds the Karnal Fort. But there is a need to protect the entire green belt and make a "Karnala National Park". Otherwise the pressure of Mumbai SEZ will eat into this pristine forest

  • This truly is heaven..me n my frendz-udit dalmia,zain khatib,gurudutt varty,hamza dalal, n sum more ppl had gone there for a trek...the experience was amazing!.we climbed upto the fort n there u cud c the sight below-breathtaking!
  • karnala was very peacefull and nice place.but now it is very polluted place. there are come many more tourist but they are doing there lot of pollution by the drinking bottels,plastic bags,packets because state govt.is not developing it .before the 12 years there was many kind of birds but no there are destroying the many types of burds,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
  • Mw and my Friends Vishal, viany , amit visited here and tried to trek to the fort frm the sloping side , did not sucseed , better luck next time, i am uploading some pics

  • ME WITH MY FRIEND FINALY REACH AT THE TOP OF THE FORT....AND THE VIEW FROM THAT POINT IS REALY MOMARABLE FOR ME TILL TODAY...I CAPTURED NEAR ABOUT 200 PICS FROM MO MOBILE CAMERA AS MEMORIES..AND WISH TO VISIT 1NCE AGAIN THERE...PLZ VISIT THIS PLACE ONCE AGAIN....
  • It's great place, till date I have visited at least more than 50 times, cleaned tomb water ponds 3 times, but its again as usual, Our countyment need to be educated on what's their assets as earth inhabitants.
  • the highway passing should be given another route to protect the wild life in the sanctuary
