Built in mid-18th century c.1750 (C14 dating). It is one of the oldest houses in the village. The rear of the house was remodeled in 2003.
The 4th picture, as it appeared in 1960's. Earlier, the tiles of the roof were similar to the ones seen on the compound wall. These were replaced in mid-1950's when the house was re-roofed.
It is the ancestral house of the scientist, inventor and author Dr. Themistocles D'Silva, PhD. (USA).
