Tooting Broadway is the busiest station at the southern section of the Northern Line. The entrance on Tooting High Street/Mitcham Road was designed by Charles Holden (who designed many suburban stations) and is Grade II listed (there is no street called Broadway). Parts of the 1970s sitcom "Citizen Smith" were filmed here.
