 office building, bank

Address:
No 8 Menara Multi-Purpose
Jalan Munshi Abdullah
50100 Kuala Lumpur
Malaysia

Completed in 1994, Menara Multi-Purpose was developed by Bandar Raya Developments Berhad and designed by John Portman & Associates (www.portmanusa.com/) and Jurubena Bertiga International (www.jbip.com.my/). It is a modern Grade A office tower nestled at the centre of CapSquare. Even though this 40-storey high tower is already a decade old, it still looks modern and outstanding compared to the other buildings surrounds it.

The tower serves as the headquarters to Multi-Purpose Holdings Berhad (www.mphb.com.my/), Alliance Bank (www.alliancebank.com.my/), Bandar Raya Developments Berhad (www.brdb.com.my/), and Magnum Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (www.magnum.com.my/). Menara Multi-Purpose is nestled within a well-planned urban jungle and is conveniently surrounded by a plenty of amenities. However, one will find a lot of hassle to reach Menara Multi-Purpose, since it is centrally located at centre of the city due to traffic jams and many one-way lane roads. These roads are normally hectic during peak hours as people rush out from work.
