This spillway was made for a flood that happens only each 100 years. The Open space to the east of it makes for a nice walking path. From the south and west this looks like rows of tombstones.

  • This needs to be changed: "This spillway was made for a flood that happens only each 100 years." to something like: "This spillway was made for a 100-year flood." A 100-year flood has a 1% chance of happening each year, not that it necessarily happens only once every 100 years.
