Tanoan Community is very similar to Coto de Caza Master Plan Community on Real Housewives of Orange County. It is the Coto of Albuquerque.
Very easy to sneak into at night.

    Tanoan was a luxurious concept in the 1970's, a gated community with a private golf course. However, the construction on a former landfill has proven to be a little shaky, and this area has been replaced by High Desert as the most upscale neighborhood in the Heights.

    Ok you must have money invested in High Desert Ian or lost money on Tanoan. Both places have there downsides. Both have insane street layouts, poorly marked steet name changes. High Desert does have better views of the city.

    The houses in Tanoan are not as nice as some of the newer places being built.

    The houses in Tanoan are nowhere near as nice as houses in some other parts of the city, and theyre really close together.

    Formerly considered a "high end" community, not plauged by foreclosures and rentals. The true luxury communities are in the North Valley, High Desert, Corrales and Placitas
