This place was supposed to offer a great tourist attraction by being the home for a pair of playful dolphins trained in various acrobatic features. A huge spot was reserved and a pool was built to start the hype.
Eventually, the funds evaporated in the thick red tape of the city's bureaucracy and the project never actualized. If it turned into a reality, this would have been a great place for one since it fell right behind the city's zoo which attracts a decent amount of visitors every year!
