  To my knowledge the only hotsprings in Ulu Belait /Ulu Ingei are the three hotsprings close to Sg Ingei. These are about 2 1/2 hours by boat and 3 hours walk south of Melilas longhouse. The area is currently off limit for visitors due to a long term Fauna survey being conducted in The Ingei conservation forest by the University of Brunei darussalam. The area you indicate on your map is an oxbow lake (old loop of the belait river that has been cut off by a change in flow of the river) and probably not the location of an extra hotspring.
