Resettlement of Uma Lesong at Sg. Koyan under the 8th Malaysian Plan. There are 129 rooms in this new settlement longhouse that consist of more than 1000 population. The Government only allocates them three acres of land for each family for them to make their living. Recently, there is a local private company that collaborate with a multi national company that base in Filipina that involve in agricultural business try to “help” them to have a batter life, but, at the end that collaboration “ruin” the native in social and economic aspect.
