  • This is now the Public Safety and Transportation Operations Center. It includes a bus maintenance facility, 9-1-1 operations center, Office of Emergency Management, and Police Department Forensics. It is jointly operated by WMATA, Fairfax County, and the Commonwealth of Virginia. This is also the former site of "Camp 30", a Virginia correctional facility which you may still see on this satellite photograph. More information on what is here now: http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/westox/
  • There is a more current (construction completed) image of the PSTOC when viewed in Panoramio or with MapQuest.
