  • This is a funny little company, with a funny little owner who thinks he is exempt from the law. This "libertarian" routinely fails to file the proper applications for permits, routinely violates existing permits and seems to thinks that his rights include polluting the rivers and land with the poisonous residues from mining that other companies clean up as a part of their regular operations. They simply do not understand what good stewardship is all about and instead put their own selfish greed above all else. To boot, the company is nearly broke. Their stock is for sale (really cheap), but I would stay away from it. But reading about their plight, and responses to court filings, letters to the government, and to read the court transcripts, you begin to understand why they are broke and have a bad attitude. I really hope they go broke and cease operation, so someone else can come along who can both mine the gold and provide good stewardship of the land.
