The Sam Houston Tollway Ship Channel Bridge is a bridge in eastern Harris County, Texas. It was acquired from the Texas Turnpike Authority (TTA) on May 5, 1994 and is now a part of the Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) system.

The bridge originally opened to traffic in May 1982 as the Jesse Jones Memorial Bridge, and carries four lanes of the Sam Houston Tollway over the Houston Ship Channel with a clearance of 175 feet.

The bridge is one of five vehicular crossings of the Houston Ship Channel. The others are the Washburn Tunnel, the Sidney Sherman Bridge (sometimes called the Loop 610 Bridge), the Fred Hartman Bridge (Baytown), and the Lynchburg Ferry
