A prototypical H-E-B that opened in 1991 with a 93k square foot store and a variety of features that later became standard (such as a sushi bar, the first H-E-B to do so), and some that didn't (on-site fresh pasta and sauces). It ended up being the prototype to what would be Central Market in 1994, and held the crown as biggest H-E-B in the chain for years. Today, it's still badged with the Marketplace name though most of the things that made it unique have mostly been homogenized.
