Although it is one of the smallest districts of Medias, it hosts a large proportion of the cities population due to the 8 blocks with ten floors and a few dozen blocks, each with four floors. The neighborhoods name comes from its position. One of the outside edge of this residential area is surrounded by a wall of defense of the former fortress. Much of the fortification wall can be still seen nowadays.
