This colony is more than 70 years old made by Orissa Textile Mills Ltd. Choudwar. Around 1200 quarters are there. It contains a large pond named Kalamjhara ,Maa Biraja temple (second Biraja temple after Jajpur), Chandaneswar temple, Radhamohan temple and Narayan temple which are the more significant places.
