SIT Graduate Institute (formerly the School For International Training), SIT Study Abroad, and The Experiment in International Living exist here under the "World Learning" umbrella. The Campus is comprised of several small buildings, a dining hall, a library, a student center and several administrative and dormitory buildings.

The programs in those buildings focus on experiential learning programs for each phase of student growth from high-school (EIL) the undergraduate (Study Abroad) and Masters and Professional certification (Graduate, TESOL, and professional certification.) These "experiential programs equip [participants] with the real-world strategies, field experience, and the intercultural skills sought after in global leaders." SIT Graduate Institute utilizes most of the campus and offers full-time and low-residency programs focused on global social change, sustainability, and development.

The SIT Graduate Institute offers master's degrees, certificates, and professional development programs in the fields of international education, TESOL, sustainable development, management, conflict transformation, and intercultural relations. The Experiment (later rebranded as World Learning to reflect the full scope of the programs offered, including the International Development component based in Washington D.C.) was founded by Donald B. Watt over 40 years ago as a training center for early Peace Corps volunteers under the guise of Sergeant Shriver. The initial participants went abroad to create human connections after World War II, and this tradition of valuing the human component of the international experience remains a core value throughout the years of the campus' operation.

This campus serves as the Headquarters of World Learning, and houses the office of the president.
