Structure 65D Dam is on the Kissimmee River (C-38) in Okeechobee County, Florida and is used for flood control and improved navigation purposes. Construction was completed in 1965. It is owned by South Florida Water Management District (Past C&SF Flood Control District). Structure 65D is of earthen construction. Its length is 214 feet. Maximum discharge is 21300 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 8140 acre feet. Normal storage is 5630 acre feet.
