S.B.Kandiga

S.B.Kandiga is a very small village with just about 100 houses where agriculture is the only field for income. It has a government middle school, health care centre.

Samathuvapuram, place for people from all religions in low income group, was formed here by Karunanidhi in 1999.

SVG Puram, another small village next to SB Kandiga, has Santhana venugopalaswamy temple, an ancient temple where a statue of Krishna standing with flute and cow is carved out of a single rock.
