This building currently houses Sigler Printing (www.sigler.com), a commercial printing company, and Signify Apparel & Merchandise (www.signifypromotions.com), a screenprinting and embroidery business. Sigler Companies purchased the building in 2006 and began operating out of the facility in the summer of 2007.

Originally constructed with both private and public investments from the Ames area as a manufacturing facility for a novel single engine, private jet aircraft. After its ribbon cutting on May 26, 1998, with Iowa Governor Terry Branstad and dozens of other local boosters and investors, not a single plane was manufactured.
