Small turf airstrip with three runways serving the population of Pebble Island, with charter passenger services provided by FIGAS.

Pebble Settlement Airfield was the subject of a British SAS raid on the night of May 14th-15th 1982, aimed at destroying aircraft and installations of the Argentine Air Force stationed there, which included six FMA IA 58 Pucará and four T-34 Turbo Mentor light ground attack aircraft, as well as a Shorts Skyvan cargo aircraft. Using foul weather to shield their approach from Keppel Island and overland from their landing site on Pebble Island's Western shore, the SAS commandos were able to seriously damage all eleven targeted aircraft before withdrawing.
