Deactivated Launch Control Facility for "Flight Lima", comprised of 10 Minuteman II Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles. This flight of ICBMs was commanded by the 68th Strategic Missile Squadron, 44th Strategic Missile Wing stationed at Ellsworth AFB. In 1991, Ellsworth saw its Launch Facilities deactivated and ICBMs removed pending the signing of START I.
