Measuring in at about 400 metres in length, Megalong is considered to be the longest mall in Sabah. It takes the average shopper about 5-8 minutes to reach from one end of the mall to the other on foot. It is the first and so far the only mall in Penampang. The mall consists of 3 floors of shops and stores, while those with cars can choose to either park at the basement parking or on 3rd and 4th floor parking lots.

The tenant for this mall would be the well-known Giant, while some fast food outlets such as KFC and Pizza Hut can also be found here. The Megalong Cineplex here is also a favourite among the locals, and normally this mall isn't too quiet.
