  sorry its not an A-26 because that plane is inside the hanger, that would be a T-29 flying classroom, tail number 52-1119, it was used to train navigators and radio operators.

  I worked on T29C 52-1119 during my tenure as a Crew Chief in the years of 1953-1957 at HAFB, Texas. I've always wondered what ever happened to those planes that were maintained by the 3610th Flight Line Maintenance Squadron, as you could imagine I was really delighted to see "ole 119er" once again,after all these years.Perhaps I'll be able to once again stand in the main gear wheel well and contemplate all those dzuz fasteners on the "dish pan".I remember flying to Hill Field during those years to deliver parts for overhaul at your facility during my good times with the USAF. Thank you so much for saving a piece of history that I have been part of, it brings to me many memories of friends and places.Thanks again, Paul Johnson akelapaul@gmail.com
