I am a current Tshung Tsin student, and whoever Dei is, I'm disappointed with his or her mentality and rudeness. Please forgive him I ask you.
But one thing is for sure: we do learn Form 4 and 5 SPM Science in our syllabus in Form 1 to 3. Imagine how hard it is. >_<;
I also have to rebutt what Nigelman had said, that Tshung Tsin is "worst and most spoilt brat school in KK", whatever that means. I agree with what tyra had said, that Tshung Tsin is NOT the best school, BUT Tshung Tsin is DEFINITELY NOT the worst school in KK. If you're talking about spoilt brats, spoilt brats are everywhere, not only in Tshung Tsin.
Don't get the wrong idea, guys. We who go to Tshung Tsin have to pay a substantial amount of school fees compared to government schools, and what do we get in the end? Being called spoilt brats? Just because we pay higher school fees do we entitle to be called spoilt brats? I don't think so. In fact, you are wrong. Our parents want us to get better education so we were sent to Tshung Tsin. You think it is that easy to enter Tshung Tsin? You think anyone, including your next door neighboor in primary school who failed all of his exams can enroll into Tshung Tsin just like that? No! We have to take the entrance examination, and only the best get to be enrolled and if we were to fail our overall average, we have to stay back for another year!
We go to school to learn ah, ok, and the teachers in Tshung Tsin get paid lower than government school teachers, that's for sure with the government not giving a sen at all to the school.
Think about it guys. I'm sure you guys who go to government schools get to be richer by at least RM250 a month, not having to pay school fees. So, who's richer now? |

Most "Ritchie Rich" schools here i guess.
Tshung Tsin is a school known to others as a private school for rich spoilt brats and, you can't blame those peoples who thinks so. Well, not all but, some "culprits" in the school that has given other people bad impressions about the school.
Students from Tshung Tsin (not all) discriminates and looks down on other schools. Based on the school's performance, of course, it makes everyone proud. But, not only the school that makes everyone proud. Still, there are other schools such as All Saints, St. Francis Convent, St. Michael, Kian Kok...
Even though you people (Tshung Tsin students) paid quite a sum of money for your education, doesn't mean that students schooling in a government or mission school aren't as good as you are. Your education syllabus may be different from ours (Integrated Curriculum) and perhaps 'advanced'. It doesn't mean that you're waay smarter than we are.
I am schooling in a government school since Form 2 which my parents doesn't really agreed with the idea at first after my transfer from Tshung Tsin and refusal to go to KK International school as i'm an international student. The reason, the students there are snobbish. Mostly they're nice, but some are rude. When i come to a government school, they're most friendly. The students treats everyone else just the same. Not like the 'so-called' rich students(Tshung Tsin).

Dear All,
I'm a Tshung Tsin 2005 graduate. Tshung Tsin is ranked Top 10 high school in Malaysia for a good reason, our course syllabus is torturing; in a good way though.
We've learnt to not being spoon-fed and we've got to fight for our rights in many aspects. Thus, a balanced growth in terms of mentally and physically can be achived.
However, to my juniors; being competitive in terms of knowledge after graduated from high school doesn't mean that you're godlike. Self enrichment is an ongoing process of our lives. Do appreciate the friendship you built during high school time because university of the working context are a whole different competitive battlefield.
Last but not least, to all public school kids; we're not snobbish. You are like pocupines that are making statements "you private schools kids are spoilt brats". Meaning to say, you have pre-blocked any further opportunity to actually get to know us. We're just regular teenagers despite this "lebel" on us. Trust me, no high school student has the wisdom to judge anyone. You're still too young, sunshine.
I hope my juniors to keep the good works and have some humility. None Tshung Tsin people, watch and learn.
Cheers,
Sylvester |
