  • The Exact name of this building is AAI Samoodaya Kooddam. There is one more Community hall near AirIndia Cargo. Don't get confused with that. It is very near to Meenamakkam Railway Station. Don't go to GST road, the shortest route to reach this building is take a walk in railway track, take the first left and you are able to see the back entrance of the AAI Colony. Once you enter into the AAI colony, take the first right...now you have reached your destination. Note: Don't use the railway track. Use the pathway of the track.
  • Before this community hall was built, it used to be an open ground for the kids to play cricket, dhili, goli, pombaram, etc, along with the open air location for the colony festivals. Standard 3,4 and 5 of the Tamil school was also here. At the end of the school was the community club with a table tennis room plus the older people to play Rummy.
