Bugrasi is an ideal town. It is situated in tehsil Siyana in District Bulandshahr (UP). Bugrasi was founded by Mr. Bagoraw Tyagi in about 1490. About 1560, Jahangeer attacked Bugrasi and captured it. Bugrasi and Basibangar were gifted to two solders. They Two solders were fought well in war. Bugrasi is known as Bel and Ber. Bel and Ber have been sending to abroad. English Man used to send Bel and Ber as a gift to their officers. Chhuwara and Tomdi (Ber’s Varities) and Kagji (Bel’s Variey) were very famous. Now a days, ber and bel are very low quantity in Bugrasi. Right now, Bugrasi is known for mango. Mangoes have been sending German and Japan from Bugrasi for last five years. Chosa, Langda and Dushari mangoes are very famous. ‘
One Shiv temple is situated in mohalla mandir wala. Due to this temple, this locality is know as mandir wala. Burgi (Choti), which is inside this temple, tells the histry of Bugrasi. People want to make a burgi on this temple But English man has restricted for any type of construction work. To complete this job, one meeting were held at night which was the first step of revolution. Gradually, the people began to raised their voice to uproot English. It is said that Lala Lajpat Roy arranged a meeting in this temple to uproot English rural. After independence, this temple was complete.
One mosque is also situated here which was build same as Jama Masjid. This mosque is situated in mohalla baradari. This is historical mosque. This mosque is heart and brain of Bugrasi.
Bugrasi is also known as a place of unity. Hindu and Muslim lives here with love. Hindu celebrates all festivals of muslim and muslim celebrates all festivals of hindu.
