FKA-Artegon Marketplace & Orignal name was Festival Bay 2002 which was developed by the Belz family who also owned the Belz Factory Outlets across the street and The Peabody Hotel (Joint Venture with Orlando Central Park/Martin Marietta)

(OLD) Lightstone will be taking its Artegon Marketplace property in a new direction. While it was a difficult decision to discontinue operations, we are thankful to our team in Orlando, and to our tenants, for their hard work and dedication over the past several years. Bass Pro Shops, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Cinemark, Putting Edge, Boot Barn, Fuddruckers and Sky Zone will remain open during our transition.
