Purchase & Developed into Lexus Dealership in 2017.

Formerly the Court of Flags Resort, Demolished in 2006.
Court of Flags Delta Resort was constructed in 1972 by US Steel, the same company that completed Walt Disney World Contemporary Resort using the same building method of prefabricated units and assemble on site.
Eventually, this method was abandoned.
This was followed by massive plans for a new development called "CityMark" which never materialized for several reasons with one being the 2008 recession and second the overall size of the project.
