Second Christian Church is located in Ransom Place, a historically designated African-American neighborhood located in the heart of the Indiana Avenue Cultural District. Second Christian was built in 1911 in a Tudor Gothic style with a large, original stained glass window. The church has not been used in three or four years and is now deteriorating.
