Fondly known as the 'Blue Mosque', the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Mosque is one of the largest mosques in Southeast Asia, with the capacity to accommodate 24,000 worshippers at any one time. It has the distinction of having the world's tallest minarets and biggest dome.

It is a symbol of the supremacy of Islam and the sovereignty of Muslims in Malaysia. Its architecture and intricate decorations incorporate both Islamic and Malay elements.
