Mah Sing Group Bhd has teed off its first land acquisition for the year with the purchase of 34.6ha of fairway in
a well-known golf course in Shah Alam for RM327.4 million. The plot, at the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz
Shah Golf Club (KGSSAAS), will be developed into a high-end eco-themed project that is expected to have a
gross development value (GDV) of RM2.5 billion, the developer said in a statement. The land is near Stadium
Mela- wati, better known as Stadium Shah Alam.
