Dreams Landing is a condo complex consisting of 56 units on six acres of land. The buildings were constructed about 1930 and consist of both townhouse and apartment (common entry) units. A typical two bedroom townhouse is about 1,100 ft² although several attics and some of the units with basements have been converted to living space. The condo fees are very high for the area, but the grounds and buildings are well maintained. There is a swimming pool directly overlooking the Severn River and fixed docks for 20 or so boats.

It is a GREAT place to live.
