This tiny neighborhood is enclosed by only four streets. Biddle Street on the north, Luzerne Avenue on the east, Monument Street on the south, and Patterson Park Avenue on the west. There is also a "no-mans-land" in the middle, where the train tracks are. This is an area as old as Baltimore itself.

  • Miss living here. Used to be many great times. Until the city attempted to fix it by tearing everything down as well as sell it to Johns Hopkins and toss the families out of course
