  Bitul Talukdar is a criminal, he forcefully urge people to give vote. Please put an enquiry against him. I am a resident of Dibrugarh. He first said that he will give kalpattru of Rs 10000, name was also in list but he have not given money. Govt of India . put an enquiry.
