Swapneswara Temple is a famous temple of Lord Shiva and is one of the oldest temples of that area.The temple is said to have been built by the King of Ranapura Gada.This temple is named after the Shiva ling worshiped here.Every year a Maha Yagna takes place there by the people of village khanati. A five day prayer event called the Viswa Shanti Mahayagna is the highest form of worship to Lord Shiva (Omniscient Divine Power) for bringing about world peace, spiritual awakening and enlightenment.
