Nimmo's Pier (Galway)

One of the best birding sites in County Galway. There is a nice view onto Galway Bay and the Burren from the end of the pier. Named after the 19th Century architect Alexander Nimmo.

Every year the last week in September it gets taken over by the International Oyster and Seafood Festival.
