  Galway city boasts the best nightlife in Ireland with many pubs, restaurants and clubs dotted along the narrow medieval streets of the city. Almost everything the city has to offer is within walking distance of it centre in Eyre Square but that doesn't mean there isn't much to do. A long and colourful history is there to be explored as well as many of the finest Art galleries and music venues, both contemporary, classical and traditional Irish. Galway really does offer every and all different travelers to the city something to entertain them for days at an end. It also acts as a gateway for exploring the west of county Galway and the Gaeltacht areas as well as the impressive Aran islands of Ireland's west coast. A trip to Galway is a must for anybody wanting to discover the true Irish welcome at its best.
