  • Despite the self-congratulatory tone, this is not one of the 17 Michelin Star-rated restaurants. There are 17 of those in Las Vegas (as of 2009), 13 one-star, 3 two-star and one coveted three-star. The stars are given for quality of the cuisine. But fear not, most of those are along The Strip.
