Duncan House is a wonderful Gothic structure built in the early 1900s .It houses the office of Duncans Tea , with its excellent heritage and class , and also offices of Spencers and Philips Carbon Black . It combines the heritage of history with modern day state of the art philospohy of Retail and FMCG .
