  • Barangay San Martin de Porres. You can observe when passing through the Mayor Ignacio Santos Diaz Street that the people are using it as their own private parking space, with vehicles parked on both sides. It has become an ILLEGAL extension of the people's houses. You can see chicken cages on the sides of the street, tables, chairs, stores, even tents! The people here do not have discipline. The barangay captain doesn't have the balls to impose discipline!
