Manhattan Garden City (Quezon City)

...is a 5.7 hectare joint venture development between Megaworld Corporation and the Araneta Group, owner of Araneta Center (35 hectares) on which this development will stand.

The concept for Manhattan Garden City (or MGC)is based on integrating a residential community with a major transportation hub that directly links to the Light Rail Transit (LRT) 2 and the Mass Rail Transit (MRT) 3 mass transit systems.

MGC is envisioned to have 20 towers with a total of 9,000 condominium units and total saleable floor area of 344,000 square meters.

Manhattan Parkway towers 2 and 3, as well as Manhattan Parkview towers 1 and 2 were all launched in 2007.

In addition, the newly unveiled Manhattan Heights, the 3rd phase of MGC, will have 4 towers with 1,590 units.

The first 2 phases of MGC - Manhattan Parkway and Manhattan Parkview - have a total of 6 towers and a combined total of 2,510 units
